Brake Loose live at The Workman's Club Cellar

Dublin-based Brake Loose is a five-piece Hard Rock band with a penchant for including provocative Spoken Word Poetry within songs. Led and formed in 2019 by Venezuelan frontman and poet Alex Murillo with his rough melodic tunes and theatrical vocal style. They gigged extensively throughout the city – establishing themselves as a formidable force on the Irish rock scene. With a string of acclaimed singles, including 'Dublin Daze', 'Sexy Lady', 'I'm In Flames', and their latest release, 'Cosmic Girl', they've built up a loyal fanbase – with over 20,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. Currently crafting their debut EP they have plans to hit the US in 2022 for what will be their first international tour. Catch them performing their only show of the year in Dublin at The Workman's Club Cellar.
