Hosted Poets Lulu Sinnott and Siobhan MacMahon are hosting the live Open Mic upstairs at Walters. Its a great evening for poets and writers to meet

Open Mic Participants have a maximum of 5 minutes to share poems/spoken word or one longer piece or flash fiction, about 800 words of prose.

It is recommended you rehearse and check your timing before arriving.

The open mic running order is organised on a first come first served basis. Sign-up available from 15 minutes before the start time.

For all readers it is important to respect the diversity and sensitivities of the audience. Listeners are just as welcome as performers! Moderation is by the event organisers.
